At TL Metal Sdn Bhd, our roller shutter systems may be manufactured or supplied according to specific project requirements, dimensions and specifications.

Customers are therefore advised to carefully review and confirm all product specifications, dimensions, quantities and requirements before placing an order or approving production.

Custom-Made Products

Custom-made or specially manufactured products may not be eligible for return or exchange once production has commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Product Defects

If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect or does not comply with the approved specifications, customers should contact us as soon as possible so that we can assess the issue and determine the appropriate solution.

Installation Issues

For products installed by TL Metal, any reported installation-related issue will be reviewed by our team and addressed accordingly.

Cancellation

Order cancellation may be subject to the stage of production, materials committed and other project-related costs.
